* Curating: Selecting artists/speakers, devising overall concept.
* Design: Working with Raum Labour to create exhibition architecture for the talks and workshops.
* Planning: Technical specifications for all talks/workshops/events.
* Logistics: Organising Internet, artist contracts/fees, insurance, shipping, flights and accommodation.
* Brochure and website: Writing artist biographies and texts and sourcing images, within tight deadlines.
* Personnel: Advertising, interviewing, hiring, training and managing a team to assist the public and artists.
* Scheduling: De/Installation, staff rotas, talks and workshop programme.
* Floor managing: Overseeing events for 6 days, from 08:30 to 00:30 at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt
throughout 4 stages, 1 conference hall, 5 artist workstations and a busy foyer.

Educational programmer for Dott07, the £400k, 2-week national festival of design, held in the UK.
* Devising 2-week workshop and tour programme, including production schedules and technical specifications.
* Liaising with the Dott07 programme team, over 200 artists, partners and key funders.
* Training & managing over 50 front-of-house event staff to lead 12,000 visitors on tours of the festival.
* Writing marketing strategy aimed at over 1,000 schools, and overseeing production of education brochure.
* Ensuring all staff and volunteers followed health, safety and accessibility guidelines.
* Overseeing risk assessments and Criminal Record Bureau checks. Writing weekly progress reports to my line manager.
